We come to the appliance, diagnose it where it stands, and in most cases finish the repair on the same visit.

That’s Fixable LLC is an appliance repair company based in Sioux Falls. We work on refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers and microwaves — residential and commercial — across Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea and Hartford.

We are a mobile service, not a shop. There is no counter to carry your machine to: we come to the appliance, diagnose it where it stands, and in most cases finish the repair on the same visit because the parts that actually fail are already on the van.

Appliance repair is the whole business. We do not also do HVAC, we do not also do plumbing, and we do not sell you appliances. That matters when you are deciding whether to trust a diagnosis: we have nothing to gain from telling you the machine is finished.

Diagnose before quoting

We test the appliance rather than guessing from the symptom. A warm fridge has half a dozen possible causes and they cost wildly different amounts to fix.

Quote in writing, up front

Parts and labor before anything is opened up. Nothing starts until you approve the number, and a second fault means a second number, not a surprise on the invoice.

Carry the parts that fail

Start relays, thermostats, fan motors, defrost heaters, igniters, bake elements, drain pumps, gaskets and water valves ride with us. That is why most jobs finish in one visit.

Guarantee the work in writing

You get a written warranty on parts and labor for what we repaired, on the paperwork we leave with you — not a verbal promise at the door.

What We Will Not Do

Sell you a repair on an appliance that is finished. Past roughly twelve years, or when the repair approaches half the price of a comparable new machine, replacement is the better decision and we say so.
Start work you have not approved. No part gets fitted, and no labor gets billed, before you have seen the number in writing.
Take a job that belongs to your manufacturer warranty. If the appliance is still covered, using an outside company can void it. We would rather tell you to call them than take your money.
Leave gas work unchecked. Every gas and propane job is leak-checked before we walk out of the door, whether or not the fault was on the gas side.
